But there’s much more to Oxford than just its universities, libraries and ancient architecture. It’s a young, vibrant city situated right in the heart of England. Here you can find the multicultural restaurants, bars and shops of the Cowley Road, the trendy district of Jericho, and several cinemas, theatres and other entertainment venues for whatever your tastes and interests.
You can also travel easily around the country, with London and Birmingham close by. This makes it easy to visit many of the universities where you might study after your course, as well as really throwing yourself into British culture, both traditional and modern.

In EF you don’t have to choose a university the moment you walk into the school. Our Academic team will guide you and advise you on what is the best university according to your needs and the career you want to pursue.
Thanks to our partner universities, we can also guarantee the placement to one of the many UK universities – all you need to do is to pass the course and the IELTS. Students successfully completing an EF University Preparation Abroad course in the UK may be placed at one of our partner institutions, though many choose to apply to other prestigious universities within and outside the UK.
However, the course isn’t just about getting in to university. It will also give you the skills to help you succeed when you get there so that you can make the most of the experience of a lifetime.
